Buying from us is not the end of it. You have plenty of time to test the device, exchange it or file a claim.

14 days to think it over

Try the device at home, not just in the shop. If it is not right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

How returns work

100 days to exchange

You do not have to get the choice right the first time. Within 100 days of purchase we will swap the device for a different one, so you have plenty of time to find out whether it suits you.

How exchanges work

12 months covered

You get a warranty of at least 12 months, the exact length is listed with each product. If the device starts playing up, send it back to us free of charge using a return code.
